This is what Jon and I did when we got back from OK 4wd on 12/1/05

Here's a picture when Jon and I got back from OK 4wd and were installing the leaf springs
Had to cut off the old frame hanger because it got bent back in the accident. Here's the new hanger. I used "forma-gasket" between the hanger and the frame so no water can get in there. Can't see it in the picture, but its there and its still on my hands....tools....gloves....and Jon.
Here is the other side. This hanger was okay. You can see all the new black paint, that's where I ground down the frame to get rid of surface rust.
Passenger spring installed...
Got some Tera Flex Revolvers also...
Here are the shackels sitting normal (with vehicle weight)
Here are the shackels opened up on full drop... I gained an additional 5.5 of drop at the shackel, so I have no clue what it would be at the tire. Possibly more....

The shackles were turned to face the other direction. They were hitting the leaf spring when the suspension compressed. Now when the suspension compresses they flex back so far they hit the shackle hanger, but that is fine with me because there has to be a point where it stops the tire from going north.
